How do I know the agarwood is authentic?
All our OUD comes directly from Cambodia through our family's own network. We are happy to send extra photos or videos of the exact piece before you pay.

How should I store agarwood and oud oil?
Keep wood and chips in an airtight container away from sunlight and moisture. Store oud oil upright in a cool, dark place. Well-stored agarwood keeps and often matures over time.
How do I burn agarwood chips?
Place a small chip on a mica plate over a heated charcoal or an electric burner on low heat. Gentle heat releases the aroma without burning the wood.
